Easy Adding Cards

Capture vocabulary from real Japanese content

The Missing Piece of Language Learning

This was the feature that made me decide to build WordSen. I never found an easy way to add Japanese words that I discovered in the real world. If I encountered a cool phrase while playing a Japanese game or watching anime, I couldn't capture it to study later.

The words I was learning in Pimsleur didn't match what I was practicing with my Japanese instructor, and neither aligned with my Anki deck. There was no overlap! This is a problem every serious Japanese learner faces when consuming Japanese content.

Record, Analyze, Add – It's That Simple

WordSen makes adding new vocabulary incredibly easy:

Just click the 'add a word' feature and record yourself saying the phrase you just heard. That's it! WordSen will then use AI to analyze your word or phrase, correct it if needed, generate spoken audio, and automatically add it to your study list.

The next time you study, you're presented with that word in the same format as all your core study words – complete with male and female speakers, example sentences, and space for your custom image. You didn't have to do anything extra!

Critical for Real Japanese Learning

This feature is a must-have for any serious Japanese learner who regularly consumes Japanese content. Whether you're:

• Watching Spy x Family and catch an interesting expression
• Playing a Japanese video game and encounter new vocabulary
• Reading manga and find words not in your deck
• Having conversations and learning new phrases

WordSen captures it all and integrates it seamlessly into your study routine. No more scattered vocabulary across different sources – everything comes together in one cohesive learning experience.
